We are just off Route 9W, 4 miles south of Kingston, NY with easy access from the NYS Thruway (I-87) via exit 18 (New Paltz/Poughkeepsie) coming from the South, or exit 19 (Kingston) coming from the North.

We strongly advise you do not rely on GPS unless you enjoy getting lost in the back country.

FROM SOUTH: Turn right after toll booth onto 299, proceed about 6 miles to the "T" and traffic light (stay in left lane). Turn left onto 9W-North and continue about 9 miles. Watch for the Headless Horseman attraction on your left, followed shortly by the El Paso Winery. Make a left onto Ulster Ave at the bottom of the hill just past the winery. FROM NORTH: After Toll Booth, enter traffic circle. Follow the signs for 587 (about 340 degrees around the circle). 587 takes you to a major intersection: don't make a left or right turn onto Albany Ave., but continue straight onto Broadway (Broadway then curves to the left immediately). Follow Broadway all through Kingston, towards the end it becomes residential and curves down a hill to the right. First light after the curve (bottom of the hill), turn left (to stay on Broadway). Go down this new hill to the next light, where you will turn left onto Garraghan Drive. (Police Station is on your left). At the next intersection, make a right onto bridge (9W South/Frank Koenig Blvd.) and continue on 9W South for 4 miles. Make a sharp right onto Ulster Avenue. Do not take the first, sloping Ulster Avenue turn (across from a Mobil) - wait until you see the next Ulster Avenue, two minutes or so down the road. Make first left onto Union Center Road (sign for Ulster Park Post Office) and proceed 1/2 mile to RR track, cross track and take an IMMEDIATE right onto dirt road/driveway - Thunder Lane. The factory with a star window is straight ahead. Park anywhere not blocking access/egress and enter the double red doors near the front of the building (not to be confused with the single orange door).
